Who we are

This website is operated by ATO Insight Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17238290. These terms cover your use of the website. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.

The sample workspace is a demonstration

The sample workspace at /demo contains five invented clients and no database. Nothing you type into it is transmitted to us or stored anywhere, and nothing survives closing the tab. It is there to show how the Operating System behaves, not to hold anything real.

Nothing here is an offer

Descriptions of what we make, and any prices shown, are information rather than a contractual offer. A contract exists only once we have agreed scope and terms with you in writing.

The cost estimator is not a quote

The cost estimator on our automation and dashboards pages is a demonstration of a tool we build. Its figures are illustrative, chosen to show how the tool behaves, and they are not a quotation, an estimate for your project, or an offer of any kind. Do not budget from them.

Who owns what

The Operating System — the logins, agreed actions, nudges, dashboards, the white-label machinery, and all the code, hosting and platform behind it — is the property of ATO Insight Solutions Ltd, together with this website’s design, text and images. Nothing on this site transfers any of it to you.

Where we build an edition for a coach or a business, that client’s own methodology, content, materials and client relationships remain entirely theirs. Neither party acquires rights in the other’s intellectual property by working together.

Using the site

You are welcome to read, quote and link to this site. Please do not copy it wholesale, scrape it to rebuild it, attempt to interfere with it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Links out

We link to sites we have built and to organisations we work with. We are not responsible for the content of any site we do not operate.

Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or never offline, and we do not accept liability for loss arising from relying on the information on it — including the illustrative figures described above. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
